Renovated Oceanfront Condo with Ocean and Bay Views

Renovated in 2009, and in the Irene condominium at 111th street, the main living spaces of this Ocean City condo still feel new. Kitchen and all appliances, tile floors, living room furniture, dining area furniture flat screen TV, and paint were all part of renovation. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master and third bedroom have brand new Queen size beds. Condo features bayside and ocean side views from large balconies. Ocean side balcony is also accessible from the master bedroom. The 12th floor views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay are spectacular!

We do not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited in the unit or on balconies. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25.

Beach access via rear of lobby. Outdoor showers are available adjacent to rear building deck. Fitness room, large oceanside sun deck with tables, chairs and umbrellas, gas grill available by sign-up, 24-hour security, ample guest parking with pass. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, Gold Coast Mall, movie theatre and more.
