The property was perfectly placed for exploring Andratx and the walks up to the CCA and the Windmill. The room sizes are very generous and having air conditioning made it a really comfortable stay for all 5 of us. Volkmar was always on hand for any issues but we never needed to contact him as there weren’t any! Overall we had a great holiday and the property was a big part of that.

A Gem of a property in the oldest part of Andratx town

Majorca and the Andratx area are well known to us and never disappoint - an added bonus this trip was the absolutely amazing property we stayed in - Volkmar’s beautiful home was stunning: it had every possible thing you need from comfy beds and bedding to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities - lots of space for the number of guests both inside and outside - Andratx town has a real Spanish feel, the supermarkets in town have the best fish counters I’ve come across and we loved the local bar no more than 100m - our host couldn’t have been more helpful always on hand when required and a pleasure to meet - this is a gem of a property and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Volkmar! Der persönliche Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation jederzeit unkompliziert und angenehm. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön – mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und absolut zum Wohlfühlen.Besonders toll: Es gibt gleich drei Terrassen, auf denen man die Sonne zu jeder Tageszeit ausgiebig genießen kann. Für den Ausflug zum Strand stehen sogar Sonnenschirme zum Ausleihen bereit – ein echtes Plus!Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Umgebung: Ein zauberhaftes Dorf, das mit seinem Charme und einem viel größeren und lebendigeren Markt überrascht hat, als wir erwartet hätten. Zudem gibt es tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass für kulinarische Abwechslung bestens gesorgt ist.Ideal für alle, die das Tourierleben genießen möchten, ohne mitten im Trubel eines überlaufenen Hotspots zu landen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

„Das stilvolle Dorfhaus in Andratx“

Andratx und das Dorfhaus, ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Der Hausherr, Volkmar Wermter, überaus sympathisch, hat keine Mühen gescheut um uns persönlich in Empfang zu nehmen. Was wir sehr schätzten. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Strasse im alten Ortsteil. Von hier aus kann man die Insel in alle Richtungen erkunden. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir mehr als genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier herkommen.

Unsere schöne Zeit in Antratx

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus von Volkmar sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung bei Fewo-direkt, ist sehr schön und vollständig eingerichtet. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Andratx. Alle Besorgungen können leicht zu Fuß erledigt werden. Auch die Anbindung an die umgebenden Städte ist sehr gut. Lediglich das Parken ist etwas spannend, da das Haus keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat und die umgebenden Sträßchen sehr eng sind. Wer aber bereit ist, ein paar Meter zu laufen findet immer etwas. Andratx ist sehr ruhig, die Bars und Restaurants sind allesamt zu empfehlen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Feier- und Erholungsurlaub

Der Aufenthalt in dem Orginal Mallorcanischen Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Alles sauer und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Besitzer hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Einige Dinge sollten in der nächsten Zeit repariert und erneuert werden. Zwei Schlafzimmer und für große Salon verfügen über Klimaanlage. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Hatten sogar noch Besuch und konnten mit 8 Personen super grillen.

Süßes Dorfhäuschen in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben einen Wander-/Unternehmungsurlaub auf Mallorca gemacht und dafür war unsere Unterkunft wie geschaffen. Das hübsch hergerichtete Dorfhäuschen verfügt über zwei Terrassen und einen kleinen Innenhof mit Tisch, welcher Dreh- und Angelpunkt fast aller kulinarischer und abendlicher Kartenaktivitäten war. Die Küche bietet Platz (auch auf dem großzügigen Gasherd) und war komplett ausgestattet - nur eine Waage gab es nicht, gaben wir aber ohbehin immer dabei. Die Küche war wie der Rest des Hauses blitzblank.

Ein idealer Platz für eine Gruppe bis zu drei Paaren

Für alle, die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit allem, was man sich an Ausstattung in einem Ferienhaus wünscht, und in ruhiger Umgebung auf der ansonsten sehr vom Tourismus geprägten Ferieninsel Mallorca sucht, findet hier einen idealen Platz zum Entspannen und Ausruhen. Die Wege zum Einkaufen und zur nächsten Möglichkeit, einen Drink zu nehmen oder eine Kleinigkeit zu essen, sind kurz und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch wer mit einem Leihwagen - wie wir - unterwegs war, findet zwar nicht direkt in der kleinen und engen Gasse des Ferienhauses, aber in guter "Laufnähe" in der Nähe der Kirche immer einen Parkplatz, wie dies Herr Wermter, der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter prognostiziert hatte.

Ein wunderschönes Altstadt Haus im Herzen von Andratx und trotzdem vollkommen ruhig . Das Haus bietet alles was man sich erhofft . Schöne Einrichtung , super bequeme Betten und 3 Terrassen voll möbliert . Dazu ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber der immer erreichbar ist . In nächster Umgebung tolle Kneipen und Frühstücks Locations zu einem mehr als zivilen Preis was will man mehr ! Wir kommen bald wieder

A wonderful stay...

We had a fantastic week in this wonderful period property in the old Town of Andratx, made to feel most welcome by Volkmar & Claudia. The location was great, just a short walk to the cafes and restaurants of the village square and the property was tucked off the main drag which meant no traffic noise during the night which can be a problem in the Town. The property was beautifully decorated and superbly equipped also enjoying super-fast wifi!

Rundum Zufrieden

Sehr schön gelegen, ruhig und trotzdem alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Klimaanlage sorgt immer für einen guten Schlaf. Man kann direkt in der Nähe ohne Probleme Parken. Unser Tipp: Die Bar Cubano! Gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen und sehr freundliches Personal. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder und wären am liebsten geblieben. 🤩
