You will feel the rustic charm of the antic Mallorca from the spectacular terrace of this impressive town house. It offers a wonderful chill-out with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs together with a little table where you can enjoy an appetiser and admire the beautiful mountain views. At night, this is the perfect place to cool down after a long day at the beach or making an excursion, enjoying a glass of champagne under the wonderful starry sky. This is a town house with neighbours around.

The spacious three storey house offers a special traditional style with wooden beams and stone walls here and there, spotted by some more modern corners. The cosy living room, on the ground floor, offers two armchairs and a sofa where you can watch TV while you refresh with the AC (or while you warm up by the wood stove on the coldest days), and a dining table. Then you have the kitchen with the basic equipment to cook during your vacation, with a gas top. The house also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house has 5 bedrooms, with AC and a wardrobe each of them, and three bathrooms. There is a twin bed bedroom on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor: one with two twin beds, and the other with a double bed and the only access to the chill-out terrace. The second floor offers the last two bedrooms, both with a double bed. There is one bathroom on each floor, two with a bath and a bidet each and the last one with a shower. The stairs connecting the three floors of the house have no railing. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

S’Arracó is a small village in the southwest of Mallorca, belonging to the municipality of Andratx. It is located in a small valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, making it an excellent starting point for excursions on foot or by bicycle. The sea is also nearby, 4.1 km away in Sant Elm, so it is perfect for enjoying the beach. In the village you will find the basic services needed for an independent stay, and for anything else you can head to the beautiful town of Andratx. You also shouldn’t miss a visit to the luxurious Port d’Andratx and enjoy its wonderful views. The house is located in the centre of the village, so there may be some noise from passing cars.
