You have private access to the entire condo including the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry & large patio. Around the resort you have shared access to the pool, hot tub, beach, docks, playground, courts, fire pit & walking trail. One designated parking stall is included for the unit with limited visitor parking available during the day.

This newly renovated 900 sq. ft. two-bedroom walkout condo offers the perfect blend of style, space, and tranquility. Situated on the ground level at the south end of the main building, this bright and airy retreat features an expansive 200 sq. ft. patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation while soaking in the serene surroundings.

Bedrooms & Sleeping
You have two comfortable bedrooms designed for a relaxing stay. The master suite includes a king bed, soft linens & a smart TV, making it easy to unwind after a day on the lake. The second bedroom features a custom built bunk bed with a queen below & a single above. It is a great setup for families, kids or a small group who want space to spread out. Each room feels fresh, bright & welcoming.

Living Area
Your living room is set up for simple, peaceful downtime. You can relax around the electric fireplace, enjoy movies on the smart TV or step out to the patio for fresh air. Large windows bring in natural light & views of the surrounding landscape. Guests often mention how the condo feels modern, spotless & thoughtfully decorated, making it easy to settle in right away.

Kitchen & Dining

You are on the ground floor with a spacious 200 sq ft patio that opens onto green space & lake views. You can enjoy sunrise coffee, evening wine or quiet time after pool days. The resort includes a sandy beach, two docks, a swim area, heated pool, hot tub, playground & tennis or pickleball courts. A scenic hiking trail begins just behind the resort.

Please note that due to weather conditions, the Casa Loma Lakeside Resort amenities are seasonal. They typically open in May but there is no specific date and is weather dependent.

Additionally, please note that the property is equipped with on-site coin-operated laundry facilities for your convenience.

Additional Note: Guests can park in the visitor parking area or on the street. However, please note that parking is not guaranteed as there are limited spots available. Overnight parking is permitted, but it's important to keep in mind that there is limited number of parking spaces.
