First-floor vacation home with a large covered balcony

This self-contained, spacious 90-square-meter holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a two-family home and features 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a covered balcony. The house is located on a side street/dead-end with no through traffic. Bathroom with tub, toilet, and washing machine; fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. One bedroom has a double bed; the children’s room has one bed and a cot; the second bedroom has two beds; the living room features a sofa area, a dining area, and satellite TV; and there is a large covered balcony overlooking the green spaces of the neighbouring “Witwenschlösschen.” The floors are tiled or covered with laminate. The total amount must be paid in cash no later than the morning before departure. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. For later cancellations or failure to arrive as booked, the amount due, minus a 10% administrative fee, must be paid in accordance with applicable law. Wi-Fi is available free of charge at the accommodation. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. We live on the ground floor of the building and will ensure you receive your keys. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The holiday rental is a non-smoking property; pets are not allowed. A tourist tax of 1.50 euros will be charged separately on-site.
