The apartment has been recently renovated, is newly furnished, and is located in the heart of beautiful Absberg. It features three bedrooms, each with a 1.80-meter double bed and a sleeper sofa. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, as does the large living room. The kitchen features a modern built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, and the adjoining dining room offers plenty of space for cosy get-togethers. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine.

The apartment is located on the ground floor; you have access to the entire apartment and will have exclusive use of it. It is easily accessible via the building’s entrance and the stairwell.

The apartment has a key safe, making check-in hassle-free and available around the clock. The property is partially monitored by video surveillance. An outdoor camera monitors the entrance area of the front door as well as the backyard (to prevent unauthorised use, e.g., unleashed dogs, dog waste).
There are no cameras inside the apartment and no cameras in private areas.

Directly across the street is an excellent country inn. A little further down the road, about 300–500 metres away, there are two cosy cafés with lake views and outdoor seating. The lake is within easy walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to walk downhill (approx. 1,000 metres), or you can drive about 1.5 km to the car park right by the lake.
