Wonderful location in Absberg

The communication was great and the location was perfect. Great restaurant directly across the street with a cafe nearby and a lake side Greek restaurant. Perfect for outdoor get away.

Touring the area

This is a wonderful apartment for touring the local area. The rooms are large and comfortable. Everything you need is here. The bakery right down the street makes for easy breakfasts. Just a lovely stay.

Great spacious apartment. Very comfortable. Sweet little village with beautiful scenic views. Our schedule was hectic so not able to really enjoy walking the village. Great restaurant just across the street!

Der Gesamteindruck der Ferienwohnung ist in Ordnung. Man merkt jedoch das die Ferienwohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Fußleisten stehen an einer Tür hoch sodass sich die Zimmertür fast nicht schließen lässt. Die Holzstühle in der Küche haben ihre besten Jahre auch hinter sich und könnten durch etwas robustere ausgetauscht werden. Der Boden weist Gebrauchsspuren auf. Man merkt aber auch das bereits in die Wohnung investiert wurde, so sind bsp. die Fenster gut gedämmt sodass keine Hitze und vor allem fast kein Lärm von der Ortsstraße zu hören war. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut in Mitte von Absberg. Der See ist ca. 1 km entfernt und am besten per E-Bike erreichbar. Der gegenüberliegende Jägerhof ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Es gab Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos und Fahrräder hinter dem Haus. Check-IN & Check-Out war top. Das einzige was wir nicht gut fanden das 90 für einen kleinen Hund verlangt wurde.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr groß und die Gegend ist auch schön ruhig, mit Kindern perfekt. Hinter der Wohnung ist auch eine Wiese, auf der die Kinder spielen konnten. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück war ebenfalls eine Wiese, auf der wir abends Rehe beobachten konnten. Ein Bäcker ist ganz in der Nähe und der See ist eigentlich auch zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber. In der Umgebung konnte man auch viel machen, wenn man nicht an den See geht. Man konnte auch direkt an der Wohnung sehr gut parken.

Unser Aufenthalt am Brombachsee war einfach grandios. Die Ferienwohnung war einfach spitze und prima gelegen. Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich herzlich und nett. Das Fränkische Seenland hat uns super gefallen. Dort gibt es ganz viele tolle Freizeitangebote.Wir würden jederzeit wieder sehr gerne diese Wohnung buchen, um einen Aufenthalt am Brombachsee zu genießen.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, ordentlich und entsprach den Bildern der Anzeige. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet, ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hatte hilfreiche Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Fahrräder konnten sicher untergestellt werden. Die Lage zum Brombachsee ist gut, nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Allerdings liegt der Ort etwas erhöht, sodass man auf dem Rückweg vom See stets einen Anstieg zu bewältigen hat.

Super gelegene Ferienwohnung

Kontakt mit den Vermietern war prima. Check-In und -Out erfolgte mit Schlüsselkasten.Es ist bereits einiges erneuert/ saniert wurden und war wirklich sauber.Wir würden alle die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, für diesen Preis.Mit freundlichen Grüßen, die "Campergruppe"

Alles prima und wie beschrieben

Unterkunft wie beschrieben, toll dass Handtücher und Seife sowie sämtliche Küchenutensilien vorhanden sind. Große Wiese für Fussball und Federball soweit Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Charlies Fahrradverleih ist die ideale Ergänzung.

Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Da die Wohnung jedoch direkt an der Durchgangsstraße liegt war es nachts sehr laut. Daher können wir für die Lage der Wohnung nur 3 Sterne vergeben.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei sehr netten Gastgebern. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Der Sohn der Inhaber war vor Ort und hat uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
