The apartment is newly renovated, newly furnished and located in the middle of beautiful Absberg. It has three bedrooms, each with a 1.80m large double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, as does the large living room. The kitchen has a modern fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and offers enough space in the adjoining dining room to sit comfortably together. The bathroom has a shower and bath and a washing machine.

Absberg is located in the north of the district of Weissenburg-Gunzenhausen in the middle of the Franconian Lake District on a mountain spur above the Kleiner Brombachse. In the immediate vicinity are also the Igelsbachsee and the Great Brombachsee.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, you have access to the entire apartment and use it alone. It is easily accessible via the entrance through the staircase.

I often go to the suburb or when I'm on the move, always on Airbnb and mobile phone. The apartment has a key safe, so the check in is easily possible and around the clock.

Directly opposite is a very good country inn. The road further, about 300 - 500 meters, there are two cozy cafes with lake view and terrace. The lake is within easy walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes downhill (about 1000 meters) or you drive by car about 1.5 km to the parking lot right on the lake.
