Pet friendly!

Step inside this spacious oasis to find all-new furniture, bedding, and cookware. The open-concept main floor combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen into one large common area with seating for over 20 people.

Entertainment & Amenities:
• Expansive living room with a massive 98” Smart TV for movie nights.
• Master bedroom with a 75” Smart TV.
• Two other bedrooms, each with a 55” Smart TV.
• Free in-unit washer and dryer.

Private Outdoor Oasis: Your private retreat sits on a nearly half-acre lot. Spend your days lounging by the sparkling turquoise pool or relaxing in the in-ground spa. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and conversation.

Ultimate Game Room: The climate-controlled garage has been transformed into an incredible game room for all ages, featuring:
• Star Wars Pinball
• NBA Jam, PAC-MAN, and a dozen other arcade classics
• A card table stocked with chips, cards, and dice
• Giant Connect 4
• Cornhole
• A safe foam Axe Throwing game

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, the climate-controlled game room, and the fully-fenced backyard. Enjoy sole use of the private pool, in-ground spa, fire pit, and all outdoor games during your stay.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or by phone if you need any assistance or have questions.

Spa Heating: The in-ground spa can be heated for an additional fee of $45 per night. Please request this service in advance.

Garage/Game Room: Please note the garage has been permanently converted into a game room and is not available for vehicle parking.

Security: For your security, there are exterior security cameras on the property.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please pick up after pets, including any feces in the yard. Failure to do so will result in a fee.
Please leave fans on and turn air conditioner to 80 degrees
Please ensure all windows are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Swim at your own risk, it’s the guest responsibility to ensure the safety of minors at all times, do not leave minors unattended in the backyard.
No pets on furniture, all feces to be picked up by guests, enclosed in bags, and disposed in trash bin. Pets should not be left unattended in home.
Spa heating for fee. Unauthorized use of spa/pool heat or adjustment of any pool equipment will result in $500 fee plus cost of propane used.
