Welcome to The Lakeview Lodge — a 2,900+ sq ft custom home in Havasu Estates with beautiful lake views and a backyard made for relaxing. Our home is exceptionally close to Lake Havasu—just across the highway from the lake, giving you quick access to the shoreline and boating fun without being miles away. Enjoy the views from the private pool and spa, the living room, the primary bedroom, and more.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
For Sunday night stays, trash cans must be taken to the curb after 5:00pm for Monday trash day.
All outdoor furniture must be put back in original location.
Please review guest binder for all additional check out procedures.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Signed rental agreement and copy of government issue ID must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Primary renter must be 28 years old.
