Located in the heart of Downtown Stamford, this apartment offers unbeatable convenience, Whole Foods, Frank Pepe’s, Shake Shack, and many more popular spots are just a 2-minute walk away. Please note that this is part of a multi-unit property. This specific listing is for a lower-level apartment, situated beneath and beside other units. While the building is generally quiet, some normal household noise may be heard. If you ever experience excessive or unusual noise, especially during quiet hours, please reach out right away so we can promptly contact the tenants and resolve the issue.
Please note:
- We also have laundry hours in which guests are allowed to do their laundry. These hours are from 9AM-8PM every day of the week.
- Flight of stairs are required to access shared laundry room.

If guests stay for a longer term and run out of these items they have to purchase their own.
