Just as described. The only drawbacks were the view (from this particular home; Others in the resort had beautiful views) and the construction. Neither can be helped and we did enjoy our 7 day stay. Absolutely gorgeous home that is close to every town.

We had a great stay at this Gatlinburg property. The home was very clean, spacious, and felt virtually brand new. Our family enjoyed the amenities, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax.The location was also very convenient—most outlets, restaurants, and activities were within a 10–15-minute drive. We experienced a few plumbing issues during our stay, but the host was responsive and maintenance addressed them quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to families or larger groups visiting the Gatlinburg area.

This rental was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. The rental was very clean and had plenty of plates and silverware for our needs. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub but also loved the option of playing mini-golf and relaxing on the lazy river in the water park.There was some construction going on during our stay but we knew that ahead of time so it did not bother us even when we were out on the decks. It was always quiet by 4:00 PM so we enjoyed watching the fireflies come out at dusk.

We had a great time staying at this house. My kids loved the indoor pool, theater, and the two arcade games. We also really loved having the outdoor pool, lazy river, and outdoor movie theater right down the hill. The beds were very comfortable. There were pool towels available in each bedroom, which was a nice surprise since they weren’t included on the list of amenities. The house was close to so many fun things to do and places to eat. Walmart was right around the corner, which was convenient for groceries. We really enjoyed the daily free tickets to local places that came with the house as well. That was a great treat! We got a free ticket to Dollywood, which saved us 90 alone.We were a little worried about booking this property since there weren’t many reviews, but it was a great choice and we would gladly stay at this house again. The floors could have been swept a little better before check in, but that is my only, very small, complaint. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for our mother’s 60s birthday. All her children, our spouses and grandchildren. We couldn’t have asked for a better house to accommodate us all or a better location! The house still has the cabin feel you want but modern touches and the community amenities are amazing! We will definitely be back!
