Relaxing getaway on shuttle route! Walk to Deer Valley lift!

This 800 sq ft condo was redecorated in 2013 with new furniture, appliances, fresh paint and new flooring in 2016! It is located on street level for your convenience. Parking and coin laundry facilities are in our secure parking garage downstairs. Two flat screen TVs, one DVD player, secure Wifi, and a wood fireplace. This warm and cozy condo is the perfect place for your vacation!

Main Street: 1.5 miles or 5 minute shuttle ride

Scott's communication was rapid and always helpful! The condo was immaculate, cozy, & comfortable, with an outstanding location. All of our needs were met, & the kitchen is well-supplied. We especially enjoyed walking the paths in the marshy pond area, right across the street. (There was no snow at thanksgiving this year.) We highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location, an easy walk to Deer Valley Amphitheater, and the ponds across the street were nice as well. The condo was clean and well stocked, quiet and comfortable! Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at the property and everything was just as good as the first time. The hosts were very helpful and quick on communication. Location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley.

Location was exactly as advertised. Cleand and fantastic location if you want to ski Deer Valley or watch the freestyle competitions. I would definitely stay here again.

Ski Trip Presidents’ Day 2024

This place was exactly what we were looking for. If you have a small group, would highly recommend this vacation rental. This was our first trip to Park City and Deer Valley resort. We cannot wait to visit again.

Short walk to ski mountain

Very nice condo, a short walk (5 minutes) from the base of the ski mountain. Also, a short walk to the St. Regis hotel for luxury restaurants/bars.
