Enjoy a bright and breezy 2BR/2BA golf villa in the closest building to the pedestrian bridge at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort—giving you quick, easy access to the beach and pools.
This villa offers a comfortable and welcoming space for families and friends. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed and private balcony access, along with an en-suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and vanity area.
The guest bedroom is thoughtfully set up with two full-size beds and easy access to a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The open living area includes a sectional sleeper sofa and a cozy accent chair, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for three at the bar, making it easy to gather for meals or game nights.
Step outside onto the spacious balcony, where four chairs provide the perfect spot to enjoy peaceful golf course views and unwind in the coastal breeze.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen, in‑unit washer/dryer, fast Wi‑Fi, and Smart TV—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Guests enjoy smart‑lock entry, access to 11 pools, beach, onsite dining, and most resort amenities. Golf fees are separate.
Edgewater charges a $50 resort fee at check‑in (includes wristbands, most amenities, and one parking pass).
Extra parking passes are available: $30 for a 2nd vehicle, $50 for a 3rd.
