Stobbs Cottage - Granville Area Cottage with Generous Amenities.

Unwind in Granville at this serene cottage perfect for a relaxing getaway. The master bedroom features a king bed and a cozy second bedroom with twin bed, doubles as an office space. The parlor (second living room) features a pull out sofa revealing another twin bed if needed.

The bathroom includes both a high-water-volume wall mount shower as well as a separately controlled wand shower. The shower also features a built-in seat and grab bars for safety.

The property features a parlor with lots of seating and a dinette table. A traditional front porch with swing is great for watching the world go by slowly on this quiet road.

Full kitchen with all amenities including stocked spice rack, and a one-car garage with plenty of extra parking too.

An outside rear patio features space for dining, sunbathing and relaxing, and includes a propane grill.

No skipping on comfort. The property features a powerful central air conditioner, propane + heat pump central heating, overhead fan in the living room and screened windows.

You're also welcome to explore your hosts' adjoining sixty acres of woodland with creeks and rustic trails. (Use of the greater property area is not part of the rental and is non-exclusive; use subject to Ohio's Recreational Users Act).

Five miles (ten minutes or less) from Denison Univ. and the heart of Granville. Close to North Newark, Utica, Johnstown, Intel and much more. Our close neighbors are The Links at Echo Springs Golf Course, Three Oaks Vineyard, Lazy R Campground, Timbuk Farms and North 64 event venue.
