Welcome to Elk Valley Abode, a brand-new (2025) 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome in Crested Butte’s Buckhorn neighborhood, just 5 minutes from downtown. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, the primary bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and laundry are located on the ground floor, offering privacy and easy access.
The second floor features the main living area and fully stocked kitchen, along with the second and third bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed in the primary bedroom, one queen bed, and two twin beds that can be converted into a king. Relax with TVs in the living room and the primary bedroom, and enjoy the open, modern layout ideal for gathering after a day outdoors.
Step out onto the spacious balcony for unobstructed mountain views—perfect for morning coffee or sunset unwinding. The second bathroom includes a large soaking tub with bath supplies provided.
For evenings in town, take advantage of the late-night taxi service from downtown Crested Butte between 10pm–2am and skip the drive home. Elk Valley Abode is the perfect blend of style, comfort, and mountain living.
DISCLOSURES:
PARKING: Guests may park up to 4 vehicles (size permitting) at this property (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). If the vehicles do not fit in the garage, there is no street parking; please plan accordingly.
PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in the home. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule.
AIR CONDITIONING: There is no AC in this townhome. One overhead fan is provided in each bedroom.
CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2025/2026 Season on November 26th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced.
