This Condo was designed with comfort, clarity, and ease in mind — perfect for families, couples, and small groups looking to unwind, explore, and feel at home.
You’re just 1 mile from Diamond Peak and 11 miles from Mt. Rose, with the Diamond Peak Free Shuttle picking up just down the road at the main entrance on Ski Way & Tomahawk Trail.
Enjoy access to a private, residents‑only Incline Village beach on Lake Tahoe, located just 1 mile from the condo.
The private patio and BBQ grill are perfect for slow mornings, relaxed evenings, and everything in between.

Winter House Rules
Welcome to our cozy Tahoe escape! During the winter months, please follow these seasonal guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay:
🚗 Snow & Parking
• Parking is open and only allowed for two spaces per unit.
• Keep driveways and fire lanes clear for plows and emergency access.
🧤 Gear & Entry
• Remove snow gear and boots at the door
• Use provided mats and boot trays to protect the flooring
• Shake off snow before entering to avoid slippery surfaces
🔥 Heating & Fireplace
• The fireplace is electric — please follow the simple on/off instructions provided
• Do not leave the fireplace running unattended
• No portable heaters are allowed anywhere in the home
• When leaving the home (checkout or day trips), set the thermostat to 60°F
🧊 Safety & Slippery Conditions
• Walkways may be icy — use caution and wear proper footwear
• Use handrails on stairs and entryways
• Salt and snow shovels are provided near the entrance
🛷 Outdoor Activities
• No sledding or snow play in driveways or shared areas
• Respect quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Store skis, boards, and winter gear in the outside unit storage only
🧼 Cleanliness & Care
• No smoking or vaping indoors or on the patio
• No pets unless pre-approved
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Report any damage or safety concerns promptly

Ensure all sliding, windows and blinds are closed.
Lock the front door behind you, press the lock button, and confirm the door locks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
