We’re a family who loves the beach, boating, and spending quality time together outdoors. Some of our favorite moments are sunset walks to the beach, evening fires by the water, and game nights with family and friends. We enjoy hosting because we love creating a space where families can relax, have fun, and make lasting memories together. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, well-equipped home where guests of all ages feel welcome and truly on vacation from the moment they arrive.

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and perfect for slowing down and enjoying beach life. Mornings are peaceful, with calm canal views and boats heading out for the day, while evenings bring cool ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets over the water. One of our favorite things is how easy it is to walk to the beach—no packing up the car, just a relaxed stroll to the sand and waves. It’s a great area for families, with low traffic and plenty of space to unwind, yet you’re still just a short drive from local restaurants, ice cream spots, shops, and nightlife. We love the balance of feeling tucked away while still being close to everything.

Guests can enjoy private boating with a dry boat lift and on-site ramp, a short 10-minute walk to the beach, and peaceful canal views from the porch. For families, we’ve created a space that’s fun for all ages, with outdoor games like corn hole and ping pong, board games, books, a grill, and a fire pit for evenings under the stars. The layout, including a separate bedroom in the converted garage, gives families plenty of space and flexibility. We’ve also thought of the little things—fresh linens included —so guests can relax and focus on making memories. It’s a home that truly blends adventure, relaxation, and family togetherness, making it a unique and memorable getaway.
