The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please bag all garbage and place in the black garbage can outside. Pickup day is on Tuesday morning. Place at the curbside on Monday night.
Strip the beds and leave the linen in the bedroom.
Place towels in the laundry basket in the laundry area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place was very nice and clean and perfect for our group of five adults. Large living and dining rooms were great for hanging out. Seemed to have a fully stocked kitchen (we didn’t use anything other than the toaster oven and refrigerator), several flavors of coffee (which we don’t drink), snacks, bottled water, and soap. Would definitely stay again!
