The fine residence is located on the Gerlos mountain, just a few minutes' drive from the centre and the ski area of Zell am Ziller. The ski bus stops in front of the house and takes you to the famous ski area of Zell am Ziller, with connection to Gerlos or directly to the Zillertal-Arena. In summer, discover the beautiful surroundings via the extensive hiking and cycling trails that wind along green valleys and mountainous meadows

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
