This spacious and recently remodeled 2 story cottage is 1/2 block from the beach. There is off street, private parking. 4 beach tags are provided.

Upstairs has two private bedrooms and one open space bedroom. Downstairs has full kitchen and living room. Property includes beautiful private patio with grill, as well as a 2nd story private deck.

We are a family friendly property. We welcome adults age 25 and above, and their children/grandchildren. We do not accept high school or college groups.
