The lovingly furnished holiday apartments and the spacious garden, with areas for relaxation and play for guests of all ages, invite you to unwind. Thanks to our quiet yet central location, we’re also an ideal starting point for a wide variety of leisure activities: whether it’s long hikes, bike rides for all ages, or relaxing at the nearby swimming lakes—there’s something for everyone in our area. Our house is also open to you in winter. Our guests who love winter sports will find plenty to enjoy on the slopes and cross-country trails of the nearest ski areas, and when snow conditions permit, our “local mountain,” the Hochplatte, is perfect for a toboggan ride. And whether there’s snow or not, long walks in the surrounding area are always a great way to unwind and recharge.
Our Hochplatte holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our home, with its own terrace and access to the garden. With its 54 m², it’s suitable for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. It features two separate bedrooms, a cosy and well-equipped kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The holiday rental is generally ready for check-in at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, meaning the beds are already made and a sufficient number of towels are provided for you. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
You can go skiing and biking in the immediate vicinity of the Schwaigerhof. Berchtesgaden is 44 km from the property, and Salzburg is 45 km away. The nearest airport is Munich Airport, located 82 km from the Schwaigerhof.
