Welcome to a comfortable and well-equipped home located in the beautiful Highlands Reserve Golf Community, one of the most popular areas in Davenport for vacation stays. This home is ideal for families and groups looking to relax while being close to Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

Inside, you will find inviting living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything needed for a pleasant and convenient stay. Outside, enjoy your private pool. Please note that the pool heater is not working and we don’t offer pool heating. For outdoor cooking, a BBQ grill is available for $40 per stay, perfect for family meals and evening gatherings.

Guests also have access to the wonderful Highlands Reserve community amenities, including an 18-hole championship golf course, a community swimming pool, tennis courts, a playground, and walking paths surrounded by green spaces. The community is open (not gated) and offers a peaceful residential atmosphere while being just 15–20 minutes from Disney and close to shopping, dining, and supermarkets.

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway only. Street and sidewalk parking are not permitted.
Trash collection is on Monday, and guests are kindly asked to place trash at the curb on that day.

For your safety and peace of mind, the home is equipped with smoke detectors and an exterior Ring camera for security purposes.
