Our spacious 4 Bed, 3 Bath, Custom Themed Ranch Home with STAR WARS Game Room & Private Pool is ideally situated near Parks, Attractions, Shopping and Dining.

Welcome Home to Suite Dreams Vacation Rentals, located in the sought after Hampton Lakes Community in Davenport, Florida. Whether heading out to the parks which are within 5-20 miles, or just hanging in to enjoy all of the amenities, we've got you covered. Don't forget the wonderful Dining and Shopping that is close by as well. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, resort style home, just under 1900 sq feet, provides everything you will need as you enjoy your next vacation to Florida. Our newly renovated kids bedrooms are custom themed with Star Wars and Moana. The home features an open floor plan including the kitchen and newly decorated great room leading to your own private pool.
Enjoy a family meal in the formal dining room with seating for 6. Relax in the living room while playing games or reading a book. Utilize the dedicated workspace in the common area of the dining/living room. The STAR WARS game room has an incredible STAR WARS digital pinball featuring 10 games, a Pool Table, Foosball, and a Retro Classic Game Console with 621 games. The community also boasts a sand volleyball, basketball & tennis courts, 2 playgrounds, and beautiful lakes for your enjoyment, and leisure. You can comfortably fit 8 people in the home, with an extra 2 guests to sleep on the sofa sleeper, 10 people maximum. We are very excited to share our "home away from home" with you and your family.

This was our second stay in this home with our grandkids, they were so excited to visit here again with the game room and pool. The pool was perfectly heated, even my 2 year old granddaughter was comfortable. It’s a great space that is clean and comfortable, lots of amenities, and a gracious host. I highly recommend a stay here!

We vacation 2-3 times a year and this was probably the most welcoming, family friendly place. It was much more spacious than we expected, super clean, and had everything you needed for an extended stay. The game room was perfect for our groups down time. The host was very nice and helpful. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool but it was a good size for a small family. They have a playground for the littles, very close to stores and restaurants and just under an hour to the theme parks. Its perfect for a small group or will most definitely be spacious enough for a group of 10 without crowding. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future

This house is amazing! The property owner has done a great job at organizing (and labeling) everything to make things so much easier in a foreign environment. The pool was very well kept up. We had a little issue with entering the house due to an internet outage (the key lock is a wireless touchpad connected to the internet) but I was informed before hand and the owner had great communication with me and made up for the fact we had a little trouble. There is a good bit of traffic getting to the Disney/Universal parks but the house made it completely worth it. Lots of space. Very nice. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for a family

We had a good and fun week at this home with our 3 girls. Pool was nice to come back to after a long day. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and a nice size fridge/freezer. Air conditioning kept up great. The game room was also nice and cool and a nice retreat. If we had to look for one of the girls, we knew to go there. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. The home wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, and that’s my only complaint. We didn’t want to have the same company come back in while all our things were there, so we just took care of it ourselves. Host was very professional and responsive. Thank you for letting us rent your home.

Absolutely awesome! The house was our favorite part of our Disney Vacay!

I took my 18-year-old son and my 9-year-old daughter on a Disney Vacay to celebrate his graduation and her birthday. This house was our favorite part! Hands down! For starters, this house is huge. Had we been a party of 10, everyone still would have had plenty of space to spread out. All the beds were super comfy and all of the bedrooms were simply but gorgeously decorated! There was ample storage space in the closets and plenty of deep drawers in each room to accommodate our clothing. My daughter adored her Moana bedroom. To say she absolutely loved it would be an understatement! And the toys kept her busy for several hours throughout our stay.. We didn’t use the Star Wars bedroom but the decor and wall paintings were exceptional as well! The game room had a great atmosphere about it! Countless hours was spent in there playing pool, foosball and multiplayer pinball every night. Only to be followed by a couple hours in the pool before bed - which never happened before 1 AM because we were having too much fun. The pool was sparkling and inviting. We stayed during the end of September and the pool was the perfect temperature throughout the day and throughout the night. We did not opt in for the pool heat because the cool pool was welcoming at night after the long hot days. And the cool blue pool light was a fun feature at night! The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough pots and pans, dishes and silverware. It was very clean, very well organized and labeled so we never had to hunt for anything. The bathrooms suffered no shortage of towels and washcloths. And as if there weren’t enough in the bathroom closet there were even more on the shelving over the washer and dryer (there were also plenty of pool towels). Oh, and did I mention the huge master bath soaker tub? Or how great it was after a long day in the parks? The other two tubs also could be considered soaker tubs since they were so deep. And the water pressure in all bathrooms was perfect. We had no issues with anything in the house. Everything worked as it should. And everything was remarkably clean throughout the entire house. I also personally appreciated all of the light switches being labeled throughout the house. We will definitely be planning another vacation to the area just to stay here again! The kids and myself would have been happy to not even leave the house, it was so fun and comfy!

Our family has loved taking trips to Florida for years. We finally took the plunge and purchased our own property near all of the Parks and local attractions in Davenport, FL. My husband Jeff can do anything he puts his mind to. He is a lieutenant and paramedic for a local fire department near our home town, and is also an extremely talented artist. We hope you enjoy all of the murals he has hand painted in our property. Besides running our Short Term Rental, I have been homeschooling our children for over a decade. We love to visit our property in Florida during our homeschool breaks and we hope you have a magical time staying at our property with your family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We picked our property for many reasons. It's close to the parks, and other local attractions. We love that the property has 2 family living areas and an amazing game room so everyone can space out and find something to do. Having an enclosed, private pool was a must for us and we just love being able to walk out the back door to swim. Our family is big on playing tennis and pickle-ball, so this property was perfect for us. We hope that there is something for everyone as you stay at Suite Dreams Vacation Rentals.

What makes this property unique

Our home has a must see Star Wars Game Bay with many fun games to choose from. Take your pick from pool, foosball, a retro game consule with 621 games, or the Star Wars Digital pinball. If you still can't find something to do, we've got you covered. Whether its a hot day, or your just getting back from the parks, we have a covered, private pool for you to relax in. Just sit back in a lounge chair while your kids swim all day. We also have flat screen TV's in each bedroom and a 50" flat screen in the family room. Each TV is equipped with ROKU and Spectrum Cable. If you're big into being outdoors, we have a great recreation area with sand volleyball, basketball, tennis and pickle-ball. We provide the equipment for your use during your stay. Don't forget the 2 playgrounds as well. We are close to the parks and other local attractions, shopping and dining. We hope your stay is magical and that you will want to come back year after year.
