- Baby Gear: Crib, Pack n' Play, and highchair available for $50 each. Additional rental through Live the Gulf Coast

Pet Policy
- Dogs only; no cats.
- $250 non-refundable fee per pet.
- Maximum of 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs.
- Certain breeds are not permitted (see restricted breed list below).

Restricted Breeds: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky (all types), Malamute, Mastiff (all variations), Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid.
