KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked for our guests; Refrigerator, Electric range (five burners), Microwave, Dishwasher, Standard drip & Keurig dual coffee machine, Toaster, Hot water pot, French press, and Bar seating with two stools.
LIVING ROOM: Modern sofa for three people, Coffee table, Accent chairs, Sliding door to access the backyard.
DINING ROOM: Dining room table with five chairs, Bench for two people.
LAUNDRY ROOM: New washer and dryer for our guests to use during their stay on the property.
FAMILY ROOM: L-shape sleeper sofa for two people, Accent chair, Smart TV, and Board games (Sleeps 2).
MARTINI BAR: Small and convenient martini bar table with ice bucket and martini glasses.
HALF BATHROOM: Located between the entrance of the home and the kitchen.
GAME ROOM: Garage converted to Game Room includes Ping Pong, Surfboards, Bikes, Boogie board, Skim board, and the original Mortal Kombat Arcade Game.
BACKYARD: Fully-fenced backyard with tall privacy fence, brand new custom resort-style pool with an attached heated hot tub, Custom landscaping including artificial turf, and outdoor seating including chaise lounges and umbrella. Additionally, the backyard has a heated outdoor shower and a storage box filled with beach supplies.
PARKING: Fit three standard size vehicles in the driveway.

-2ND FLOOR-
MASTER BEDROOM: Queen bed, Desk, Ensuite master bathroom, Rollaway bed (Sleeps 3).
MASTER BATHROOM: Fully enclosed shower, Tub, Double vanity sinks, Walk-in closet with hangar rack, luggage racks, iron & board, and a new rollaway bed.
GUEST BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, Walk-in closet with built in shelves, hangar rack, and luggage racks (Sleeps 2).
GUEST BEDROOM 2: Bunk bed with a queen mattress and a twin mattress, closet with dresser, hangar rack, luggage rack (Sleeps 3).
GUEST BATHROOM: Jack & Jill bathroom between the two guest bedrooms includes shower tub combo, single vanity with cabinets & storage.

PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: A pet fee of $148 is required and it covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay - Prior to reserving the property, please communicate that you will be bringing a pet(s) for approval. We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. Any damage found during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace the broken item.

PUBLIC BOAT RAMP: The Usina Boat Ramp is a public boat ramp with parking located within a few min drive of the home. The driveway can fit a boat trailer depending on the length of the trailer.
