Comfortable Apartment (38 m²) with a Balcony

The apartment (38 square metres) is divided into a living/sleeping area and a windowless single room and can accommodate 1–3 people. A well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, sink, microwave, and refrigerator is available for your use. A coffee and tea maker, as well as a coffee machine, are also available. There is a dining table and three chairs, as well as two armchairs with a side table and a reading lamp. The double bed can be used as two single beds. The foot of the bed is open. Bed linens, towels, and table and kitchen linens are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. A large glass door leads out to the balcony, which faces the garden, gets morning sun, and has seating. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible. A cot or extra bed is available upon request. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee to wash your clothes. The apartment has a TV and Wi-Fi. The apartment is a non-smoking room. Payment can be made in cash on site, by bank transfer, or in advance. A security deposit may be required upon arrival. Please note that our farm is in operation. The hop harvest takes place around September. We appreciate your understanding that this may result in some noise disturbance.
