Please throw all trash before departure. Dumpster located outside the condo on first floor. Load dishwasher and clean all dishes. Strip beds and place sheets and towels on floor. Please lock the door

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fabulous 4th of July stay

Extremely clean and stock with everything. Very close to the beach access. The pool and courtyard was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again next year.

This property was better than the pictures. The entire complex (not just this unit) was nicely maintained and welcoming. Easy access to tge beach. And the beds were very comfortable. Erica was a fabulous host!

The place is amazing..

Me and my fiancé stayed the weekend just to relax and be close to the beach. The kings size bed is very comfortable and the place is equipped with everything you need. We will be staying there again and if you have the opportunity to stay there you will not regret it.. Thank you so much for an amazing place to just relax.
