Host was very communicative. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the location was fantastic! A lot of things in walking distance and train stop nearby for getting to other parts of the city was convenient. I would highly recommend this host and their space! Thank you for your hospitality! Would love to come back.
Perfect location and the place was clean. Not new but what you would expect in a historic building. This building does not have a working elevator and the apartment is on the eighth floor with the only access being a spiral staircase. Very challenging unless you’re young, healthy, and without mobility issues.
This is an 8th story apartment, with no working elevator or provided parking. When we arrived, we found out that we would need to rent a space in a garage, which was a surprise added expense. The staircase to this apartment is spiraled, steps are wedged shape, and it takes over 100 steps to get to the apartment. The apartment is minimally furnished. One chair & dining table, no bar soaps, no welcome bottles of water. There are no curtains, only blinds, that let lots of light shine through at night. The bedroom air conditioning unit blows onto the head of the bed. The bathtub had little hairs left from previous stay. Two towels, one hand towel, and two face towels for a 3 night lease. Although this location is good, we felt that this apartment rental was a disaster and it definitely ruined our first Boston experience for us. We left only two days into our rental of three days because we could not do the steps or condition.

The location of the property was just what was offered perfect for everything. The location was centrally located for everything. The elevator was not announced in the advertisement except for the day of check-in. We were told the elevator sometime worked. Sometimes doesn't that was accurate. We had 2 luggage 2. Carry on bags, 2 dogs, a carriage and had to walk 8 floors up. It should be announced in the advertisement that has a sometimes elevator it's important for someone that may have trouble walking. Or a health problem. Besides that, it was a great place to stay.
