The Moroccan Palace spans four levels, featuring two main living areas and two rooftop terraces with sweeping views.



Lower Level

The lower level includes:

-Kitchen and dining area

-BBQ

-Mini washer

-Well-equipped gym

-Yoga space



The three glamping tents are located on the property and utilize the shared sitting area and kitchen on this level.

-The main floor has a private entrance to the penthouse and includes:

Entry instructions will be provided after booking, along with a key code for the penthouse. Vehicles can be parked securely inside the locked gate and castle-style walls.

-Direct access to biking and hiking trails located behind the house

-Beach access and a kiteboarding school are located down the hill

-The Hot Springs residential area is a few minutes north, featuring natural oceanfront hot springs

-Grocery store located approximately a 5-minute drive away



The neighbourhood is peaceful, with neighbouring homes spaced to support privacy while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.



Getting Around:

-Car rental is recommended for exploring nearby beaches, trails, and the town

-Airport shuttle service can be arranged

-Bike rentals are available and suitable for nearby travel and trail access

-The town is several miles away and may be difficult for some guests to walk to and from



The property includes a large private driveway and secure, gated parking within an enclosed wall.



Other Things to Note:

-The property is adult-oriented, with exceptions for minors

-Balcony edges are lower than standard, and the structure is elevated

-The environment can be dangerous for small children, elderly guests, or when consuming alcohol

-Poolside patio surfaces may become slippery when wet

-Several single-step level changes exist on the lower level



Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the layout during daylight hours to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
