About this property

House Strandmuschel - You can't live by the sea

Enjoy the sea and beach in every season.

This terraced holiday home with around 80m² has a lovingly and heartily furnished living room on the ground floor with a stylish, separate dining area and modern fitted kitchen.

From the living room (equipped with a SMART TV) you have direct access to the terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the Poel sun.

There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet, two bedrooms (one with satellite TV) each with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed for a total of 6 people.

Special highlight: There is a sauna available for you in the attic. Enjoy cold days in the cozy sauna!

Free internet access is available to you!

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

Minimum rental period in the pre-season and post-season at least 2 nights.

There is a parking space at the house as well as a bicycle shed including a handcart.

It is approx. 70m to the beach.

No Smoking!!! No pets!!!

Wir sind eigentlich sehr zufrieden und kommen jedes Jahr gern wieder in die Strandmuschel. Für 2026 haben wir auch schon gebucht. Der neue Schlüsseltresor ist wirklich eine Erleichterung, da wir nun nicht über den Schwarzen Busch an- und abreisen müssen. Wir haben nur zwei Sachen, die man verbessern könnte. Zum einen gibt es nur noch drei Kompottschüsseln für sechs Personen, da könnte mal aufgestockt werden. Und den Geschirrspüler konnten wir diesmal nicht nutzen, da alles mit einem weißen Belag (Kalkablagerungen?) wieder rauskam und wir es nochmals mit der Hand abwaschen mussten. Vielleicht fehlen Salz und Klarspüler? Herzliche Grüße an die Küste und vielen Dank für die unbeschwerten Urlaubstage. Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl auf der Insel.

Es war ein tolles Haus und für uns ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub! Gern immer wieder. Auch in der kalten Jahreszeit bestimmt sehr schön, durch dem Kamin und die tolle Sauna. Einzige kleine Kritik ist der kleine Kühlschrank (für 6 Personen sportlich) umd die Töpfe und Tiegel könnten mal erneuert werden. Sind schon sehr gebraucht.. Ansonsten war alles super!

Lob: Insgesamt alle Böden und Oberflächen sauber. Die Messer scharf, die Bollerwagenräder aufgepumpt, Grill sauber, gute Matratzen in den Vier Einzelbetten. Die Sauna funktioniert gut und ist ein Highlight. Kritik: Ein neuer Kühlschrank, der alte ist für Vier Personen zu klein und vereist stetig an der Innenwand hinten. Die Pfannen gehören ausgetauscht, da bröckelt die Beschichtung erheblich. Ein ordentliches Topfset fehlt. Es gibt zwar Töpfe, allerdings fehlen Deckel.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral im Ort. Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist von den Räumlichkeiten super geschnitten und bietet 6 Personen viel Platz. Alles war sauber. Die Sauna ist super und der Ruhebereich im DG ist eine Oase zum entspannen. Nun die Kritikpunkte : Die Esszimmerlampe wurde mit Hilfe eines Metalllöffels befestigt. Das Kabel wurde daran aufgewickelt , damit die Lampe nicht direkt auf dem Esstisch hing. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse müsste erneuert werden, da sich die Platte an den Seiten löste. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist so lala. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, viel ist zusammengewürfelt. Dazu zähle ich Töpfe, Pfannen, scharfe Messer, Brettchen zum Schneiden. Geschirr ist top und ausreichend. Die Stühle am Esstisch sind leider etwas tief und für kleine Leute eher unpraktisch. Zudem sind sie eher unbequem. Die Kissen die darauf liegen, zeigen Gebrauchsspuren und sind auch nicht ansprechend. Im Wohnzimmer ist alles top. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind hübsch ein gerichtet und funktional. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, auch wenn wir das Wort hochwertig gerade im Bereich der Küche nicht überzeugt sind. Manchmal kommt es auf die Kleinigkeiten an. Für den Preis würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Ferienhaus "Strandmuschel"

Super Unterkunft. Top Lage. Bäckerei und Restaurant sowie Imbiss gleich gegenüber. Italiener sehr zu empfehlen. Grill war zwar vorhanden aber für 6 Personen zu klein. Internet müsste nochmals geprüft werden da das Wlan-Signal sehr schwach war. Service von PAS war super. Kleine Mängel wurden sehr schnell erledigt. Ansonsten alles perfekt, gerne wieder!

Unsere Unterkunft war perfekt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat ,was aber nichts mit PAS zu tun hat,ist eine kostenlose WC Anlage am Strand und eine Dusche am Strand um nach dem Bad im Meer kurz abzuduschen! Ansonsten war alles super angenehm und wir würden auch gern wieder kommen! LG Familie Rückert
