Sandmännchen Vacation Rental with a Balcony and a View of the Countryside

The Sandmännchen holiday rental combines a quiet location with cosy amenities and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The living room features a TV and a hi-fi system. From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony, which features patio furniture and a view of the greenery.

The separate, newly equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and a cosy dining area. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

The sleeping area is located in the attic above the living room and is accessible via an open wooden staircase. It features a double bed with two mattresses, each measuring 0.90 × 2.00 metres, as well as two pull-out single beds, each measuring 0.90 × 2.00 metres.

Fly screens are installed on the balcony door, one kitchen window, and in the bathroom. Roller shades, pleated blinds, and sheer curtains provide appropriate light-blocking options in the various rooms.

A travel cot, a high chair, and a handcart are available for families. The house includes one parking space. The “Lisa von Laurin” riding stable is right next door, and the beach is about 1 kilometre away.

Wi-Fi will be available starting in April 2026. Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted.
