The property lacked a number of things in the kitchen- teapot, bread knife, bench space, juice=making device etc. The wifi only worked in one room. No drier or in its absence a place to hang clothes to dry outside

We were very pleased with our decision to stay here. It is in a nice small village and had everything we needed. The front faces the street while the back overlooks countryside. Conveniently located near a few tavernas which were all good. The only disappointment we had was the ceiling fans were not working. We tried switches they told us to try with no success. Filiza and Isabelle were very welcoming and also gave us delicious produce and a homemade meal. Would definitely stay here again.

Ein wunderbares Haus für alle Ansprüche

Ein wirklich wunderbares, sehr großzügig geschnittenes Haus für Familien mit Anspruch auf Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll traditionell und trotz dessen komfortabel eingerichtet. Mehrere Balkons und eine schattige Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Vermieterin, Frau Filiza, ist sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich. Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts überraschte sie uns mit einem selbst zubereiteten Pastizio (griechischer Nudelauflauf). Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für den doch sehr hohen Lärmpegel vor Ort. Das Haus von liegt an einer stark frequentierten Straße, zudem befindet sich momentan eine Baustelle direkt gegenüber. Da alle Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin gelegen sind, muss man schon ein einigermaßen dickes Fell haben, um schlafen zu können. Ansonsten können wir das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Grandioze ligging in rustig dorp

Mooi oud huis heel goed koel te houden door oude bouwwijze . Boven 3 slaapkamers ieder met eigen balcon Heerlijk terras met groots uitzicht over landerijen .Ligging midden in het dorp Sivas waar winkeltjes zijn voor normale dagelijkse inkopen en prima restaurants . Heel compleet en met liefde voor eigen huis ingericht door buitengewoon vriendelijke eigenaresse die op elk moment bereikbaar is .

Très bel hébergement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la Villa Filiza, la demeure est spacieuse avec une très belle terrasse ombragée qui offre un magnifique panorama. La propriétaire est charmante et disponible. La maison est située au coeur du village avec restaurants et petites épiceries a proximité. Plages et sites archéologiques aux alentours. Nous recommandons fortement !

Belle maison dans un village authentique

La maison est très spacieuse avec de multiples terrasses au cœur d’un joli village à proximité de belles plages ;l’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux par la propriétaire et son amie .Une très belle adresse….

Schöne Ferienwoche in traumhaftem Haus

Die Ankunft und Abreise gestaltete sich flexibel und angenehm. Die Vermieterin, Filizia, ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie verwöhnte uns mit Wein und selbstgekochtem Essen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz und Komfort. Besonders die große Terrasse vor Küche und Wohnraum haben wir gerne zur Entspannung und zum Frühstücken genutzt. Dieses Ferienhaus ist ideal gelegen, um die Insel Kreta zu erkunden und kennen zu lernen. In den Tavernen in Sivas und den umliegenden hübschen Dörfern haben wir gut gegessen..

Au cœur du village de Sivas

Très jolie maison, spacieuse et très bien équipée au cœur du joli village de Sivas, On s'y sent comme chez soi. Nombreuses terrasses avec jolie vue sur la campagne environnante. Beaucoup de possibilités de baignades, de randonnées et de visites culturelles. Merci à Firiza et Isabelle pour leur excellent accueil. A recommander sans hésitation.

Es war wunderschön!

Sivas ist ein lebendiges freundliches Dorf mit netten Restaurants, zwei Mini Märkten und einem Fleischer. Die Lage ist super um die wunderbare Gegend zu erkunden, tolle Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön und komfortabel mit allem was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einzigartig und Filiza, die Vermieterin, entzückend.

Villa Filiza, Objekt-Nr. 5051540

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels und Einführung in das Haus klappte gut. Die Eigentümerin, Frau Filiza, hat uns persönlich besucht und wir waren von ihrer offenen Art positiv angetan. Das Haus ist schön groß und geräumig. Es liegt mitten im Ort Sivas, sodaß die Wege zum Einkauf von Lebensmitteln kurz sind. Der Ausblick von der Terasse beim Frühstück ist sehr malerisch. Das Haus wird sauber gehalten und hat alle wichtigen Utensilien und Geräte für die Selbstversorgung. Ein großer Vorteil sind die 2 Badezimmer, vor allem bei voller Besetzung. Uns hat die Atmosphäre von Sivas gut gefallen, vor allem durch die Nähe an verschiedenen Tavernen und das kretische Leben im Dorf. Wir konnten auch recht schnell die verschiedene Badestrände erreichen - Matala, Kalamaki, Komos, etc.
