About this property
Quiet house in southern Crete, picturesque sea and mountain views, beach within walking distance
Cretan holiday home “Haus Asvos” with a romantic panoramic view of the mountains and the sea. The kilometer-long sandy beach at Komos is just a short walk away, as are the two villages of Pitsidia and Kalamaki with their numerous taverns.
The holiday home features its own rooftop terrace, private outdoor areas in the garden, a spacious living-dining area, a modern kitchen, and a lush courtyard (Greek: “avli”), which is shared with a second holiday home (Haus Rodia, for 4 people). It’s the perfect spot for sunbathing, dining, and socialising, for pondering the meaning of life, and for letting your mind wander amidst the surrounding olive groves.
In addition to the Asvos house, the Xypotares property also features the larger Rodia house. If needed (e.g., for a larger group), you can also enquire about renting both houses together.
Xypotares is located in the immediate vicinity of significant Minoan and Archaic archaeological sites. For more information and excursion tips, please visit our website: https://xypotares.com/
