The nearest town to the south is San Giovanni, and to the north is Taunanella/Budoni. It’s about 38 km to the Olbia airport and ferry terminal, about 15 km to San Teodoro, and just a few minutes’ walk to the stunning beaches.

In the summer, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun, and in the evening, you can wind down the day with a glass of wine. And you’ll always have this breathtaking view.
Thanks to its hillside location, the house maintains relatively pleasant temperatures.
