In the heart of the town of San Teodoro, famous for its beautiful white sandy beaches, you will find this Mediterranean holiday home consisting of 3 apartments. The apartment Casa Pietro is located on the ground floor and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home is also equipped with air conditioning and cable TV. Outside you will find a communal garden with a long table, a barbecue and an outside shower, as well as a private terrace. Spend some relaxing hours under the Italian sun and prepare delicious dishes to enjoy with a glass of wine. The beautiful, sandy beach of San Teodoro, Spiaggia di Cala D'Ambra, can be reached in 1.4 km or 18 minutes on foot and the town centre with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is a 4-minute walk away.
