The holiday home is located in a spacious holiday park with about 50 other Nordic-style holiday homes, surrounded by plenty of greenery.
From the holiday park grounds, you have direct access on foot to the Mönchneversdorf fishing lake; hiking trails from there lead into extensive adjacent wooded areas.
The Bungsberg, at about 160 m the highest “mountain” in Schleswig-Holstein, is only 2 km away, offering beautiful panoramic views from two towers.
The large forest playground there is a hit with the kids.
A bakery, local supermarkets, doctors’ offices, and a pharmacy can be found in the neighbouring town of Schönwalde, about 4 km away.
In Schönwalde or Hansühn—both about 4 km away—you’ll find connections to the extensive network of bike paths in Holstein Switzerland.
You’ll cycle along a country road to get there.
The distance to Baltic Sea resort towns such as Hohwacht, Sehlendorf, Pelzerhaken, or Neustadt is about a 15-minute drive; Grömitz is 23 km away.
The resort tax must be paid on-site at the beach entrance in the Baltic Sea resort towns.
The well-known amusement park “Hansa Park” is located very close to Neustadt. With its fantastic attractions, it delights visitors of all ages.
Eutin Castle and the town of Eutin, with its picturesque old town, are also just a 15-minute drive away.
Plön, with its white castle visible from afar, which towers high above Lake Plön—Schleswig-Holstein’s largest inland lake—is 22 km away.
Here, the vast lake landscape of Holstein Switzerland unfolds; boat tours invite you to enjoy beautiful trips on various lakes, and the beach resorts are popular.
Several large estates are located in the immediate and wider vicinity and can be visited by you and your family—it’s well worth it!
We wish you and your family a peaceful and relaxing holiday!
