We are a happily retired couple from Illinois who purchased our Amazing Townhome after VRBO’ing in it for the past 5 years. We loved it so much we decided to make it our own, We only hope that our guest will enjoy the Peaceful and Beautiful home and grounds as much as we do! We are big fans of VRBO as renters and have all 5 Star Ratings. Being a renter has made us realize what’s important. Easy Check-In, Safe Community, Property as Described, Open Communication with the Owner and most importantly Cleanliness. As a new host we strive to provide all of these priorities to our guest to be sure they have a wonderful and memorable vacation. Enjoy!
Why they chose this property
Private and Gated Community with only 36 homes. Beautiful Beach, Pool and Grounds. Ability to bring your boat and moor it from your own beach. Great Location with as much or as little as you want to do. Lots of great restaurants near by but everything here to grill in and enjoy your own Beachfront Tiki. Snorkeling, swim and fish from the private 60’ pier. Swim in the heated and clean huge pool. Property Maintenance on site.
What makes this property unique
Private, small community that’s never busy. Beautiful sunsets from one of 5 balconies where you can enjoy a book or just take in the views. Close enough to everything you want but everything is here to just stay home and peace out.
