Casa Blau Villa has 6 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. So a stay for up to 12 people is possible. Each of the bedrooms has a magnificent view over the sea.

A spacious living area with modern furnishings, a high-quality and well-equipped kitchen and a total of three dining areas - both inside and outside - complete the property's facilities. The entire interior of the house is very straightforward and bright. The living area of the villa is at ground level and surrounded by a continuous terrace.
An outdoor kitchen/bar with barbecue and hob are permanently installed on the terrace.

The private swimming pool is 10 metres long and access to the sea is via a staircase that leads over various terraces. The length of the seafront is impressive - living so close to the water is impressive at any time of year.

The amount for the final cleaning is included, a deposit of 500,- € will be paid at check-in, as well as the tourist tax of 3,- €/day/person.

Wunderschöne Villa in perfekter Lage!

Wir waren als Familie (71/68/41/40/13/8 Jahre) in der Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen! Alles ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der Ausblick ist einfach unglaublich und aus allen Schlafzimmern/ Wohnzimmer zu genießen! Die zentrale Lage ist außerdem wirklich super! 5 Minuten bis Port Adriano, 10 Minuten bis Puerto Portals! Für uns das perfekte Haus am perfekten Ort!

Große Villa an Traumlage

Sehr grossräumige Villa an Traumlage mit direktem Strandzugang. In der Nähe hat es diverse Shops und Restaurants. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch, dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad (WC, Dusche, zum Teil auch Badewanne) verfügt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Wir waren als achtköpfige Familie dort mir betagten Großeltern und auch Enkelkindern. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
