MODERN HOLIDAY HOUSE WITH POOL & JACUZZI IN EL TORO / CALVIA

New property in rental since March 2020.

We appreciate your interest in our beautiful holiday home "Casa Adriano".
This very well-kept and very modern detached holiday home in the southwest of Mallorca has the absolute feel-good factor and is located in an absolutely quiet but central location. The house is only around 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.

This house has 3 bedrooms (1x king-size bed and 2x queen-size beds) and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a single use house.

THE HOUSE: The German owners of this holiday home have paid attention to a modern style in both the renovation and the furnishing and implemented it after they bought the house in 2019. You will be greeted by a large living, dining and kitchen area with a new and exclusive Nolte fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities.
The large and bright living area impresses with the absolutely beautiful view of the beautiful tropical pool area and the large terrace area. All bedrooms are bright and friendly and all have their own bathroom (2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a bathroom lying in the hallway area). The house was last completely renovated in 2017. The pool was also redesigned in 2017. The interior and exterior are from 2019/2020. Since the house is used a lot even by the owners, a very high quality and very modern facility was chosen.
The entire house is on one level and is therefore also ideal for seniors. The entire property is fenced and the house is detached.
The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

All in all, you just want to sit in this beautiful house with a cool drink in your hand on the large terraces and enjoy the view of the beautiful saltwater pool and tropical garden area.

We stayed in this beautiful home as a family of five and we didn’t want to leave. The house is just amazing, the pool and outdoor area were fantastic, location was perfect! Honestly, we wanted for nothing. Beds were very comfortable, we all had great sleeps here, bathroom/ shower areas were very clean- plenty of towels, every room is finished to a very high standard. Air conditioning is brilliant.The host (s ) and staff were helpful and courteous, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was comfortable, well designed, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, with a five minute walk to a beautiful view point and stairs down to the water. Communication with property management was easy, they were responsive and very helpful. My only suggestion to improve this exceptional property would be to offer some beach gear (such as beach towels, chairs and an umbrella) for guests to use on their trips out. We loved our stay here and hope we can visit again!

Are staying in El Toro

Location of the house could not have been better. It was a quick ride into Palma and there are many beaches nearby. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and the cool breezes coming from the ocean. Hot tub and pool were used every day. The kitchen was easy to use and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this house to anybody would like to stay in this area of Mallorca.

Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

My family enjoyed our week long vacation staying in this beautiful home. The Check-in process was smooth and the staff was very informative with answering all questions about the home and the surrounding area. The house was spotless upon arrival and the owner was gracious enough to provide welcome gifts for the stay. The house is in a nice quiet location with quick access to Palma and surrounding beaches. Communication with the owner couldn’t have been better in the time leading up to our vacation and during our stay. Great villa, good location

We booked this villa for the first time as a family of 4 including a 10yr old girl and 12yr old boy. We stayed 6ngts in July 2024. The bedrooms were a good size. The beds very comfy. The pool was lovely and clean as was the hot tub. The villa is well appointed both with lovely decor and equipment including air con. The villa also had a gas BBQ and a very excellent coffee machine (the best I have seen in a domestic kitchen). The kitchen had all the utensils needed and the basic cookery items (oil/salt/sugar etc). The location is a quiet residential area near port Adriano (which has good restaurants and a family friendly beach). The villa provides a good base location from which to explore the island. There is a spa supermarket and bakery a good walk away towards port Adriano (15mins) or quick taxi away. There are some shops closer (5 mins walk) but we only used the pharmacy so could not say what else was available. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool. There are great viewpoints of the ocean 1min walk from the villa. It was also very helpful that the host and check in team had great communication. We’d be more than happy to book again.

Family Holiday

We all had a very enjoyable stay in the Villa, it is furnished very nicely, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool and outside area was perfect for our needs. We were met by the property managers wife who had difficulty in explaining how everything worked at the Villa so we had to call her husband who came straight away to explain things fully. There was a book giving instructions about the Villa and other useful information but it was all in German so of no use to us!! Although this property has three bedrooms you only get wardrobe space in two of the bedrooms, which proved inconvenient for us plus you only actually have 1 room which is on suite with a shower/toilet/hand basin and a bathroom with a shower, the bedroom with no wardrobe space only had an en-suite with a toilet and hand basin. You really need a car if staying at this Villa as it’s quite a walk to the local shop and a good 20-25 walk to the beach not 8mins as it says on website. El Toro is a great resort, perfect beach and Port Adriano has some good restaurants. Overall we had a great time in the Villa and would recommend a stay here but get a car!

Een fantastisch huis op een mooie ligging in el Toro. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en luxe ingericht. De tuin heeft een zwembad, jacuzzi en diverse ligbedden. Een supermarkt, bakkerij en het strand van El Toro zijn in de buurt, net als de haven met leuke restaurants. Marco en Alex zorgen voor een makkelijk incheckprocess en de aanwezigheid van een mandje met diverse producten maakte het speciaal. Echt een aanrader!

Wir waren mit unseren drei Töchtern dort. Das Haus ist groß, super gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, Pool und Whirlpool waren für die Kids das absolute Highlight. Der Kontakt zu Marco, dem Besitzer in Deutschland, war überdurchschnittlich nett und vor Ort der Verwalter sehr höflich, offen und hat uns herzlichst am Haus empfangen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Das Haus ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Man hat ein Komfort. Besonders schön ist der Salzwasserpool. Die Betreuung war exzellent und pünktlich. Die Baustelle wie beschrieben in den Bewertungen hat sich wesentlich gebessert. Und ist nur sporadisch in Action. Sollte dich aber in den nächsten Monaten erledigt haben. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen.

Wir verbrachten im Juli 2021 ein paar Tage in der Villa. Alles wurde so vorgefunden, wie im Vorfeld beschrieben. Schick. Sauber. Modern. Die Villa und ihre Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wirklich wie ZUHAUSE! Traumhaus direkt am Mittelmeer. Entspannung PUR.

Sehr geehrter Herr Müller, wir möchten uns wirklich recht herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken, bedanken für einen super schönen und vor allem entspannten Urlaub bei bestem Sonnenschein. Ihr Ferienhaus ist einfach Klasse und vor allem Ihr super Service von der ersten Minute nach der Buchung bis zum letzten Reisetag. Angekommen am Flughafen wurden wir bereits per WhatsApp von Ihnen begrüßt, dann mit dem Mietwagen zum Haus. Dort wurden wir von Alex (netter Gärtner und Verwalter) freundlich begrüßt. Im Haus wartete ein Begrüßungsgeschenk mit einer Willkommenskarte auf uns (ein Korb mit ganz vielen schönen Dingen). Auch nach 30 Jahren Mallorca, haben wir dies noch nicht erlebt. Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Alex zeigte uns dann das ganze Haus, den Garten und erklärte uns alles, die Technik vom tolle Jacuzzi, welchen wir dann jeden Tag auch fleißig nutzten =) Nachdem wir die Koffer verräumt haben, haben wir die direkte Umgebung erkundet und standen nach nur wenigen Sekunden an Mallorcas traumhafter Küste mit einem atemberaubendem Blick auf das Wasser und die kleine Badebucht. Da wir bereits Abend hatten, konnten wir einen unglaublichen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr sehr schön, man kann sehr schön im Naturschutzgebiet direkt am Haus spazieren gehen und tolle Stunden in der Natur genießen. Wir als ambitionierte Wanderer fanden dies wirklich toll. Die direkte Nähe zum Hafen ist etwas ganz tolles, wir waren jeden Tag in verschiedenen Restaurants. Unser Lieblingsrestaurant ist die Pizzeria. Hier haben wir einen ganz tollen Abend mit Livemusik verbracht. Der große schöne Pool war uns noch etwas zu frisch. Aus diesem Grunde hatten wir uns bei der Buchung für ein Haus mit Jacuzzi entschieden, und es war die richtige Entscheidung. Einfach so entspannend. Meine Frau war vom Haus so begeistert, so viel Liebe zum Detail. Sie war in die gesamte Dekoration verliebt. Alles ist neu und sehr sehr wertig. Auch der Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll und man kann die Sonne und die Ruhe genießen. Das Haus ist noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Ein schönes Haus in toller Lage mit vielen besonderen Geräuschen

Das Haus und die Lage sind sehr schön. Es ist unweit von den Klippen und man kann dort den wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang genießen, mit ein bisschen Mut baden und ist schnell zu Fuß in am Hafen oder am Strand. Der Service, der angeboten wird, ist wirklich toll, kann man nicht anders sagen. Sollte etwas fehlen, wird es organisiert. Was wirklich nicht so schön ist, dass drei Häuser weiter auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Baustelle ist. Welche nicht in der Beschreibung auftaucht. Dort wird von Montag bis Samstag gebaut. Der Kran ist sehr laut und die Außenarbeiten an der Mauer, die derzeit aufgebaut wird, tragen von 8-17 Uhr nicht zum Entspannen oder Frühstücken bei. Leider konnten wir hier keine Absprache für eine Lösung finden. Was ich noch unschöner fand, war die Aussage, dass dies annehmbare Geräusche sind. Ein Gespräch mit dem Vermieter kam leider nicht zu Stande. Für den vollen Preis erwarte ich ganz klar etwas Anderes. Ein kleines Highlight zum Schluss. Schräg gegenüber scheint noch ein DJ zu wohnen. Freitag-Sonntag 18 Uhr bis 23 Uhr entspannte Chillout Musik. Wobei Samstag eine Party war, aber das kann man ja gönnen. Sonntag um 23 Uhr war ich dann doch etwas genervt...

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem traumhaften Haus und super Umgebung

Nach langer Überlegung sind wir dann doch in der Coronazeit auf unsere Lieblingsinsel geflüchtet =) Und wir haben es nicht bereut. Die Insel ist traumhaft schön und wir konnten unglaublich gut entspannen. Das Ferienhaus können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. Es war die schönste Unterkunft die wir bislang besuchen durften und wir waren schon weit über 30-mal auf Mallorca. Die Lage ist sensationell. Wir sind täglich im nahe gelegenen Naturschutzgebiet direkt an der Steilküste spazieren gegangen. In zwei Minuten waren wir am schönen Hafen Port Adriano und waren dort sehr gut essen. Alles was man benötigt ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt (Aldi, Lidl, Restaurants, Palma etc.). Die Bewertung vom Haus und Garten kann ich mit einem Wort bewerten: TRAUMHAFT!!! Wir waren die ersten Gäste die das neue Jacuzzi im Garten nutzen konnten und das haben wir täglich getan. Alles ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, tolle Deko, schöne Möbel, behagliche Beleuchtung und alles ist sehr sehr hochwertig und schön und es fehlt an nichts... Wir sind so begeistert, dass wir in den nächsten Tagen bereits unseren Sommerurlaub 2021 buchen werden. Wir freuen uns schon auf warme Tage und schöne Abkühlungen im schönen Pool. Wir sagen danke für eine tolle Organisation und für das tolle Willkommensgeschenk (Präsenskorb) und dem netten Service von Alex (Abholservice am Flughafen).
