New to the rental market! This cozy, beach-themed, 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage is located near the main gate of the award-winning Ocean Lakes community.

The well-equipped kitchen has: ice maker, coffee maker (2 styles), blender, along with all the utensils and pots/pans you might need - no dishwasher. There is a gas grill for your outdoor cooking needs.

Items To Note:

This rental includes complimentary use of golf cart. All operators must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Other terms & conditions apply, per your rental agreement.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental.

A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Please contact South Strand Vacation Rentals for arrangements.

Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.
