Johannas Huus is a well-maintained holiday rental in the coastal town of Dornumersiel and can accommodate up to 4 people in approximately 75 m².

The house features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds—not suitable for adults), a cosy living room, and a separate, enclosed kitchen with a dining area. The accommodation spans two floors and is ideal for families or couples.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Additionally, a toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, and a wide range of dishes and cooking utensils are provided.

In the living area, a comfortable sofa nook, satellite TV, digital TV, and a hi-fi system (radio, CD, DVD) invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is also available.

Especially family-friendly: a high chair and a cot are provided. The fenced-in property is child- and dog-safe; one dog is allowed. The accommodation is a non-smoking apartment with privacy screens on all windows for added privacy.

Nett eingerichtet, Ausstattung ausreichend, die Betreuung gut. Er erfolgte ein Rückruf noch am selben Abend trotz unserer Kontaktaufnahme nach der Dienstzeit des Hausmeisters wegen eines Fernseherproblems und am nächsten Tag war er zu verabredeten Zeit vor Ort und löste freundlichst das Problem.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern (5 & 3 Jahre) und Hund an die Nordsee gefahren in dieses kleine schöne und gemütliches Häuschen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten viel Spaß und die Kinder fanden es auch toll! Zwei Punkte Abzug bei der Sauberkeit, denn wir mussten erst mal komplett saugen, vor allem unter den Schränken, denn da war noch einiges an Haaren vom vorherigen Hund. Ansonsten schöner Aufenthalt mit viel Spaß :-)

Hallo, wir hatten erneut einen schönen Aufenthalt. Eine Erneuerung der Bandausstattung wäre wünschenswert. Diese ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein oder 2 weitere Töpfe und eine neue Schere in der Küche wären super. Gerade wenn man mit Kindern und in der Nebensaison reist und das Wetter nicht so mitspielt, wird doch des Öfteren gekocht und da sind 2 Töpfe nicht ausreichend. Dennoch eine schöne Unterkunft und wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und ausgesprochen freundlich. Herzlichen Dank!

Hallo, ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und empfehle Sie gerne weiter. Schön wäre es, wenn man am Rückfahrtag den Schlüssel einfach vor Ort in einen Briefkasten werfen könnte und nicht zu Ihrem Büro in Dornum fahren müsste :-) Freundliche Grüße, Susanne Schönle
