The well-maintained residential complex where the holiday rental is located is about 1,500 m from the town centre and the beach. Here you’ll find peace and quiet away from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet you can reach the centre in about a 15-minute walk. Shopping options are right around the corner, where you can take care of your holiday shopping right away. The holiday rental is also ideal for those arriving by train, as the train station is right nearby.

Living Area

The light-filled living area is cleverly laid out and invites you to relax: The leather couch is perfect for cosy film nights, while the swivel-mounted flat-screen TV offers the best view of your favourite shows. The dining area opens directly onto the separate kitchen, from which you can access the south-facing terrace with an awning. The patio table seats up to four people, and the comfortable beach chair is perfect for soaking up the sun.

Additionally, the holiday rental features an east-facing balcony where you can start your day in the sunshine with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the greenery. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe with sliding doors, and a cosy armchair.
