For shared use: garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney-shaped (20 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop 200 m, supermarket, shopping centre 180 m, restaurant 200 m, bar, bakery, café, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach "Playa de Sotavento" 600 m, nudist beach 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7.4 km, surf school 2 km, children's playground 450 m. Nearby attractions: Aeropuerto Tenerife Sur 9.3 km, Playa de la Tejita 1.7 km, Centro comercial La Tejita 180 m, Siam Park 19 km, Siam Mall 19 km. Hiking paths: Montaña Roja 3.1 km.
