Private access: You have the entire condo to yourself.

Club facilities: Access to any private club services (golf, spa, etc.) may require separate arrangements or membership and is not guaranteed unless confirmed. No guest access to tennis/pickleball courts (sorry! HOA's rules, not ours).

Note: Guests must leave a fully refundable security deposit at the reception in
the amount of $500 US Dollars - this is required in order to receive your wristband for the common areas.
