The lovely apartment “Haus Schussenblick” is situated in a central but quiet area of Eriskirch, a charming town near Friedrichshafen, and is close to the banks of the beautiful Lake Constance. The 80 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one modern bathroom renovated in January 2025, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television. Through the living room, you have direct access to the private 30 m² balcony with seating furniture and a sun shade, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with home-cooked meals. You can also relax in the shared garden area with a terrace on the ground floor, through which you can get directly to the river “Schussen”, which runs by the house. Due to the central location of the apartment, the nearest supermarket and a pharmacy are only a 10-minute walk (800 m) away, a bakery is a 5-minute walk (400 m) from the apartment, while restaurants can be found after a 2-minute walk (170 m). The closest beach is an 16-minute walk or 1.3 km away, where there is also a playground for children. Friedrichshafen, a lovely town on the lake, can be reached within a 10-minute drive or in 12 minutes by train (6.7 km); the train station is 400 m or a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You can also get to Bregenz, across the Austrian border and surrounded by a wonderful panorama, within a 30-minute drive (33 km).
