It was interesting to hear your notes on the floor layout as you were traveling with 5 other gentlemen on a work trip — Typically our guests almost exclusively stay with us for family and friend vacations, which is why the home was designed with a luxury beach aesthetic and set up to feature the fabulous views. The home was intentionally laid out with a reverse floor plan so the kitchen and living areas capture the absolute best, sweeping views of the Gulf and where our guests spend most of their time gathering. As noted in our other reviews, it’s a huge draw for the home as a great place to host large family gatherings and group dinners! To ensure maximum accessibility and comfort across all levels, the home also includes a full private elevator (a favorite amenity for guests of all ages!) that opens directly into the top floor living area and kitchen to provide seamless access to the top floor. We take pride in detailing our layout thoroughly in the listing description and also reaching out prior to arrival to answer any guests questions concerning the layout or other queries.
