With a spacious living area of 57 square metres, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The spacious living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, TV, and stereo system. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The well-equipped open-concept kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with built-in freezer, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or on one of the seasonally furnished balconies. The separate bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a closet. The bathroom with shower features a sink and toilet. A washing machine and washer-dryer are available for use in the building for a fee. A handcart is available for use free of charge. You can park your car for free in the building’s outdoor parking space directly in front of the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Nach Abstellung aller Mängel würden wir gerne wiederkommen. Fehlender Kaffeetopf, Besen, Handfeger, Kehrblech, Sonnenschirm, Wohnbereich nicht gewischt, schlechter Service im Bereich Wäsche (selbst abholen im Servicebüro und selbst aufziehen.

Ledig eine neue Kaffeemaschine wäre nötig. Und ein paar Kaffeelöffel, es gab nur 2.
