Welcome to Villa Sunshine in Niedenstein—a spacious 144 m² villa accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a bathroom with toilet and shower; on the first floor, a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen features a fully automatic coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is perfect for video calls, and a dedicated workspace is available. For families, there is 1 baby cot, 1 high chair, as well as shared toys and children's books.



Enjoy the large terrace, the fenced garden of about 400 m², and beautiful mountain views. Children can use the communal playground.



You have 4 private parking spaces directly at the house, reserved exclusively for Villa Sunshine guests. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Please note: Smoking and other drugs are strictly prohibited inside, and furniture must not be rearranged. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.



The villa is the last house at the end of the street, on the edge of town, surrounded by hiking trails and just minutes from the forest. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, a swimming pool, hiking paths, mini golf, and horse riding.
