Our guests have the entire house to themselves. The ground floor features the entryway, a coat closet, a shoe rack, and an utility closet. The ground floor features an open-concept living area, as well as a very large bathroom with a door leading to the rooftop terrace. Of course, the dining room and reading nook also lead out to the rooftop terrace. The hallway then leads to the second floor, where you’ll find the large bedroom with a double bed; if desired, up to two adults or up to three children can stay there. Up to 2 people can stay on the ground floor (bed width: 1.60 m). The room can be separated with a room divider upon request. The third bedroom has been completely renovated and thus offers even more space for our guests. The new room is located on the ground floor and features a double bed and a high-quality sofa bed. It’s designed to be cosy, so you can retreat there during the day. Our 4-star holiday home is now also ideal for couples or groups of friends. We can now accommodate up to 6 single beds. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a cooking island, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and exclusive tableware. The bathroom is particularly spacious, featuring a bathtub, shower, and sink. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area, a large TV, a projector, a screen, and a sound system; there’s also an extra desk for working on a computer. You can relax and unwind in the lovely reading nook. From the dining room, with its large table, you have direct access to the spacious rooftop terrace overlooking the Selbitz Valley. A table, chairs, a parasol, and lounge chairs invite you to enjoy the sun. This 4-star holiday home was recently lovingly and tastefully renovated. The large rooftop terrace overlooking the Selbitz Valley is truly unique. It’s ideal for families of up to 7 people with a baby or for couples. The spacious living area invites you to relax. The spa town of Bad Steben, featuring a beautiful thermal spa with an outdoor pool, is just 4 km away. The Höllental is a first-class hiking and biking region. The holiday home was furnished by Deko-Scheune. We love combining beautiful things—modern with vintage, antique with new. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Keys are handed over on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. We can provide a cot upon request. An extra bed for an 8th person is available upon request for an additional fee. Damage deposit: Up to 300 EUR may be charged.
