Room Description: On the ground floor is our "master bedroom," featuring a 1.80 m x 2 m bed and an adjoining, newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub. The bathroom is separate. With a view of the rose garden, modern yet cosy furnishings, and spruce wood floors, this bedroom is the centrepiece of the bedrooms in our house. On the upper floor, there are four additional double rooms. The “Zur schönen Aussicht” room boasts a balcony with a view of the Franconian Forest and Bobengrün. Thanks to its original wooden ceiling, the room is a cosy retreat in both summer and winter. The room is furnished with a double bed. With its own sink and two bathrooms just outside the door, privacy is assured. The “Frankenwald” room also has a double bed and a wide window facing the garden, from which you can enjoy the view of the Frankenwald. In winter, you have a wonderful view of the best sledding hill in Bobengrün—tried and tested by countless children and grandchildren. Next are two more rooms, each with two single beds: The “Spitzberg” room captivates with its cosiness. Here, too, the wooden ceiling lends the room a special warmth. A special highlight is the reading/dressing room, where you can spend quiet hours away from the rest of the house, enjoying views of fields and forests. The room features its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, bathed in natural sunlight. A desk is also provided as a workspace. The “Froschbachtal” room is another room with two single beds, ideal for children or siblings (and, once again, thoroughly tested by grandchildren). The room has its own sink and a magnificent view, similar to that of the “Frankenwald” room. In addition to the private bathroom in the “Spitzberg” room, there are two other bathrooms with a shower/bathtub and toilet on the upper floor. Amenities: Our modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a holiday filled with good food. A dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, and tea towels are provided. The pantry serves as an extension of the refrigerator thanks to its unique design. The spacious dining room seats up to 12 guests at an extendable table. You’re also welcome to use the piano and guitar for evenings spent together. The dining room is connected to the living room, where a large glass wall offers a view of the garden and terrace. A special highlight here is the original tiled stove, which you’re welcome to light using the wood provided. The TV has internet access. On the ground floor is another lounge area, our reading and study room. Also overlooking the rose garden, you’ll find everything you need here to focus on work or relax and browse through a book for a few hours. Thanks to the carpeted floor, the room is very comfortable in both winter and summer. The garden completely surrounds the house and offers more than enough space to enjoy yourself. With two separate terraces that guarantee sunshine at midday and in the evening, there’s a spot for everyone. The large lawns invite you to play and linger. Thanks to the quiet location, you can play here undisturbed. A 100% prepayment is required via bank transfer after booking. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key box. The code will be provided 14 days before arrival. A security deposit of 200 EUR will be charged at the time of booking. The security deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure. Our home is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited on the entire property. We love animals, but bringing your four-legged friends is not permitted. If these house rules are not followed, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of at least 250 EUR. We appreciate your understanding. Free Wi-Fi/cable TV. For stays of at least 6 nights, you may use the washing machine. You can then dry your clothes in the laundry room or on the clotheslines in the garden.
